SIGGRAPH 2018 Just Concluded at Vancouver

SIGGRAPH (Special Interest Group on Computer GRAPHics and Interactive Techniques) is the annual conference on computer graphics (CG) convened by the ACM SIGGRAPH organization and was held at the beautiful city of Vancouver this year
Some highlights of the conference are its Animation Theater and Electronic Theater presentations, where recently created CG films are played. There is a large exhibition floor, where several hundred companies from the engineering, graphics, motion picture, or video game industries set up elaborate booths and compete for attention and recruits.
This year's exhibition did not disappoint and had the presence of several heavy-hitters like like Nvidia, Intel, Autodesk, Industrial Light and Magic, Chaos Group, WETA Digital and a host of others showcasing the bleeding edge in Computer Graphics and animation, Virtual Reality, Gaming and interactive experiences software and hardware.
